What you will do

  • Define the GenAI and AI Agent vision and roadmap for Strategy Collection.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases such as strategic insight generation and workflow automation.
  • Drive productization of AI Agents including human-in-the-loop workflows, governance, and enterprise-grade controls.
  • Partner with AI Platform, Engineering, Design, Data Science, and GTM teams to deliver scalable capabilities.
  • Define success metrics and drive measurable business and customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States or work remotely from any country where hirify.global has a legal entity.
  • 12+ years of product management experience with significant AI/ML product ownership.
  • Expertise in GenAI systems including LLMs, RAG, and prompt design.
  • Experience building or shipping AI Agents or autonomous workflows.
  • Strong enterprise SaaS background and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Technical fluency to collaborate deeply with engineering and ML teams.
