What you will do

• Define product strategy, vision, and roadmap aligned to hirify.global’s mission and business objectives.
• Lead continuous product discovery, partnering with Design, Engineering, and Research.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design to define and deliver high-impact solutions iteratively.
• Use data, AI, and insights to inform decisions, define success metrics, and evaluate product performance.
• Lead product launches in partnership with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Influence and lead across the organization, acting as a trusted product leader and subject-matter expert.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience building and scaling SaaS products.
• Proven experience owning product strategy and outcomes, not just feature delivery.
• Strong discovery skills, including customer research, problem framing, and hypothesis-driven development.
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams with Engineering and Design partners.
• Comfort using data to make decisions, define success metrics, and evaluate trade-offs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority.

• Experience in nonprofit technology, fundraising, payments, or engagement platforms.
• Exposure to AI-powered or data-driven product features.
