What you will do

• Build and maintain launch plans for new products and major features, defining milestones and dependencies
• Coordinate execution across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Support, Marketing, and Sales teams
• Define and track launch success KPIs and provide executive dashboards and updates
• Create standardized launch frameworks and improve cross-functional processes
• Drive accountability and risk management without bureaucracy

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States (San Jose, California)
• 5–10+ years in Program Management, Technical Program Management, Product Operations, or Chief of Staff roles
• Experience launching B2B SaaS products with strong preference for AI experience
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and ability to work with engineers
• Experience reporting directly to executives and working in high-growth startup environments
• Excellent organizational, communication, and strategic thinking skills

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/LLM or agentic systems launches
• Familiarity with launch frameworks like stage-gate and tools such as Jira, Asana, Salesforce, HubSpot
