Location: US Remote with <15% travel nationwide

Salary: $104,500 - $139,700 USD

What you will do

  • Develop strong relationships with corporate contacts in strategic accounts.
  • Coach and train corporate staff, franchise owners, and end users on product best practices.
  • Collaborate with customers and product managers on product enhancement requests.
  • Manage initiatives to increase product adoption, customer satisfaction, and evangelism.
  • Analyze user engagement data and provide actionable insights and business reviews.
  • Act as escalation point for customer support tickets and update account records.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States with ability to work remotely.
  • 5+ years of experience managing multiple accounts and projects with proven success.
  • Strong account and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn new software quickly and identify opportunities for full utilization.
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • <15% travel nationwide required.
