What you will do

  • Accelerate revenue acquisition and expansion through value-based consultations and demonstrations.
  • Be a trusted business partner for complex and enterprise clients, addressing their goals and requirements.
  • Build and deepen cross-functional relationships across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Solutions teams.
  • Coach and mentor junior Customer Success team members.
  • Develop strategic joint success plans with measurable KPIs and lead customer journey management for retention and expansion.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and manage product promotion campaigns.

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a Senior or Enterprise Customer Success Manager.
  • Experience managing complex large clients (50+ employees) autonomously.
  • Fluent written and spoken English with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and technical problems to provide best practices and next actions.
  • Experience building relationships with senior customer executives and managing leadership engagement.
  • Experience mentoring new team members.
