What you will do
- Accelerate revenue acquisition and expansion through value-based consultations and demonstrations.
- Be a trusted business partner for complex and enterprise clients, addressing their goals and requirements.
- Build and deepen cross-functional relationships across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Solutions teams.
- Coach and mentor junior Customer Success team members.
- Develop strategic joint success plans with measurable KPIs and lead customer journey management for retention and expansion.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and manage product promotion campaigns.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Senior or Enterprise Customer Success Manager.
- Experience managing complex large clients (50+ employees) autonomously.
- Fluent written and spoken English with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and technical problems to provide best practices and next actions.
- Experience building relationships with senior customer executives and managing leadership engagement.
- Experience mentoring new team members.
