What you will do
- Own product strategy and roadmap for payroll and tips aligned with company priorities and customer impact
- Drive alignment across Engineering, Design, and Data teams from discovery through delivery
- Make prioritization and tradeoff decisions balancing usability, regulatory risk, technical constraints, and business outcomes
- Partner with Product Marketing on positioning, launches, and adoption strategies
- Define success metrics, monitor performance, and use data and customer insights for continuous improvement
- Stay close to customers and regulatory landscape through research, testing, and iteration
Requirements
- Must have 3+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in Fintech, Payroll, or Tip Management
- Proven end-to-end product ownership from discovery to post-launch optimization
- Data-informed decision-making skills including defining KPIs and using product analytics
- Ability to build alignment across cross-functional teams and leadership without direct authority
- User-centric mindset grounded in customer interviews, research, and competitive analysis
- Previous experience in restaurant-tech industry is a plus
