What you will do
- Develop and maintain a coherent, data-backed pricing framework across products with executive buy-in.
- Establish pricing governance including committees, approval workflows, and discount policies.
- Leverage AI tools to collect pricing intelligence and accelerate pricing decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Marketing teams.
- Support deal structuring for large or complex contracts to maximize value and protect margins.
- Analyze market and competitive pricing data to inform pricing strategy and packaging.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States with ability to work hybrid near company hubs.
- 10+ years of experience in pricing strategy, revenue management, or monetization in B2B technology.
- Strong analytical skills with financial modeling and data-driven decision making.
- Experience with usage-based, consumption, or outcome-based pricing models.
- Proficiency in AI tools for pricing intelligence and scenario modeling.
- Excellent communication skills for executive-level presentations and cross-functional collaboration.
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare IT, life sciences, or complex B2B markets.
- Technical proficiency in SQL for data analysis.
