Location: Hybrid in the United States with hubs in San Francisco, New York City, and Chicago; some roles require presence near hubs

Salary: $200,000–$230,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Develop and maintain a coherent, data-backed pricing framework across products with executive buy-in.
• Establish pricing governance including committees, approval workflows, and discount policies.
• Leverage AI tools to collect pricing intelligence and accelerate pricing decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Marketing teams.
• Support deal structuring for large or complex contracts to maximize value and protect margins.
• Analyze market and competitive pricing data to inform pricing strategy and packaging.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States with ability to work hybrid near company hubs.
• 10+ years of experience in pricing strategy, revenue management, or monetization in B2B technology.
• Strong analytical skills with financial modeling and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with usage-based, consumption, or outcome-based pricing models.
• Proficiency in AI tools for pricing intelligence and scenario modeling.
• Excellent communication skills for executive-level presentations and cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare IT, life sciences, or complex B2B markets.
• Technical proficiency in SQL for data analysis.
