Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in New York City with office presence required
• English: Proficient communication skills required
• 5+ years product management experience, with 2+ years in behavioral health or healthcare preferred.
• Proven success delivering products in fast-paced or startup environments.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with AI, automation, or personalization systems is a strong plus.
