What you will do

• Proactively source senior AI/ML, LLM, inference, systems, and GPU engineering talent using advanced methods and expert networks.
• Build and maintain long-term pipelines for strategic senior roles with regular analytics and forecasts.
• Engage candidates with tailored communication representing hirify.global’s mission and culture.
• Conduct technical screening calls to assess candidate fit and expertise.
• Collaborate closely with engineering leadership to shape hiring strategies.
• Monitor market trends in AI infrastructure and GPU availability for targeted sourcing.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years of technical recruitment experience focused on senior-level AI/ML and infrastructure roles.
• Proven hiring track record in AI/ML, LLMs, inference, distributed systems, HPC, and GPU engineering.
• Strong sourcing skills and deep understanding of senior engineering roles and motivations.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment managing multiple searches.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
