Salary: $100,000–$140,000

What you will do

• Design and implement modular AI capabilities including LLM-based reasoning, document intelligence (OCR/IDP), and agentic orchestration for workflow automation.
• Own components of the full AI system lifecycle: scoping, POC, solution design, model development, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Build robust evaluation pipelines with statistically sound metrics, benchmark datasets, and strict versioning for reproducibility.
• Collaborate across teams and communicate results clearly through documentation and handoffs.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States
• 2-3 years experience developing production AI/ML systems with cloud-native patterns (AWS preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Python and solid fundamentals in statistics and data analysis.
• Experience with modern LLM tooling and document AI approaches.
• Familiarity with software development best practices including source control, CI/CD, testing, and documentation.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for team collaboration.
