What you will do

• Define AI strategy for GOS Tech, integrating LLMs, multimodal models, graph neural networks, and reinforcement learning into real estate operations.
• Design reference architectures for AI microservices, model serving, vector search, and real-time event-driven applications.
• Engineer production AI/ML systems using Python, TypeScript, PyTorch, LangChain, Azure ML, and Databricks from real estate datasets.
• Implement MLOps/LLMOps including CI/CD, drift detection, monitoring, and human feedback loops.
• Develop real estate innovations like lease abstraction, space forecasting, portfolio modeling, and AI copilots for teams and clients.
• Partner with stakeholders to prototype, validate, and communicate AI solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Data Engineering, or related.
• 5–7+ years hands-on experience building production AI/ML solutions.
• Expertise in Python (advanced), TypeScript/Node.js, SQL, PySpark, cloud AI platforms (Azure ML preferred).
• Deep knowledge of ML/DL/generative AI, vector databases, event-driven architectures, API/microservices.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and leadership in cross-functional innovation.
