TL;DR

Location: Onsite in San Francisco, CA

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 USD

hirify.global is an Applied AI company focused on automating sales, marketing, and customer success for B2B companies by building a complete picture of the B2B buyer.

What you will do

  • Act as a trusted consultant to customers, translating business challenges into actionable strategies using the hirify.global platform.
  • Advise customers on optimizing their GTM motions, from pipeline generation to revenue conversion, based on data-driven insights.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to provide support and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
  • Troubleshoot customers' technical challenges by diagnosing issues and guiding them to effective solutions within the platform.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and CS to integrate customer feedback and improve product value.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, strategy, or an advisory role with a client-facing component.
  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of how revenue teams operate.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior leaders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for business recommendations.
  • Work onsite five days a week at the San Francisco HQ.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, or Go-to-Market (GTM) environments.
  • Thrive in early-stage, high-urgency environments.
