What you will do

• Provide Data & Analytics expertise on business processes and innovations from functional and technical perspectives.
• Support Product Manager in backlog development, refinement, and value estimation.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and prepare user acceptance test cases and training materials.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and prepare business analysis artifacts.
• Perform functional analysis and modeling of business processes related to data & analytics.
• Contribute to design and testing of reports, interfaces, and data conversions.

Requirements

• Must be located in Poland or able to work onsite in Wroclaw.
• 8+ years experience as Business Analyst in Data & Analytics with agile and product-thinking mindset.
• Experience with unified commerce and global retail data operations.
• Proficiency in requirements analysis, solution design, and backlog management.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Retail domain experience is highly desirable.
