Location: North America & Canada (remote)

Compensation: $180k-$225k base salary, plus equity

What you will do

• Own design and front-end implementation of your vertical's user-facing product
• Translate product requirements into polished, high-quality UI end-to-end
• Iterate quickly using AI-assisted coding tools like Codex or Lovable
• Drive design decisions on taste, UX, and visual quality
• Collaborate with engineers for integrations when needed

Requirements

• Identify primarily as a designer with at least 1 year of coding experience for build intuition
• Portfolio showing exceptional taste and deep user experience thinking
• Comfort with AI-assisted development tools used naturally
• High ownership to drive work to completion independently
• Start problems from user experience, not technical constraints

Nice to have

• Experience with Lovable, Codex, Claude code, or similar
• Front-end knowledge (CSS, JavaScript) for implementation tradeoffs
• Experience in fast-moving startup environments
