What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design for multiple new product opportunities with high autonomy.
• Work on intellectually challenging projects focused on saving lives, such as improving clinical user workflows.
• Connect closely with customers, including visiting GP practices, to develop a deep understanding of their problems and needs.
• Influence product strategy and shape the roadmap to prioritize high-value products.
• Help formalize design standards and scale design tools for future features.
• Collaborate with exceptional product builders and lead engineers.

Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in 0-1 design work at a high-growth startup.
• Obsessed with design craft and a meticulous eye for aesthetics and detail.
• Experience in frontend development, potentially shipping contributions to production.
• Intellectually rigorous and highly empathic, able to intuit user situations and desired outcomes.
• Self-starter who values ownership, comfortable prioritizing and working iteratively without hand-holding.
• Competent in product management and not afraid of code.
• Clear and compelling communicator, able to make an impact and inspire others.
• Team-player who thrives when working with others and is driven to redesign healthcare.
• English: B2 required
