What you will do

• Lead design initiatives including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user experience design for the platform.
• Make strategic design decisions based on user research and A/B testing.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate concepts into high-quality design deliverables.
• Identify and solve design problems with a user-centered approach and iterate rapidly.
• Mentor and guide current and future UX designers.
• Document design findings, improvements, and processes.

Requirements

• 12+ years of UX design experience including 4+ years in B2B SaaS and complex enterprise platforms.
• 5+ years experience with AI, Generative AI, or Agentic AI products.
• Proficiency in interaction design, user testing, and user research techniques.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and oral.
• Expertise with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and prototyping tools.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end markup languages.

Nice to have

• Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• UI experience maintaining design libraries and ensuring pixel-perfect consistency.
