TL;DR
Mid/Senior PPC Specialist (Marketing): Managing and scaling paid acquisition efforts across multiple international markets with an accent on paid search optimization and data-driven growth. Focus on running A/B tests for ad creatives and landing pages, analyzing performance metrics to optimize CPA/ROAS, and collaborating with creative and analytics teams.
Location: Hybrid (Vilnius, Kaunas, or Warsaw). Work from office encouraged with the possibility of up to two remote days per week.
Salary: €2,600–€4,500 per month (LT market) or 13,600–19,000 PLN per month (PL market).

What you will do
- Manage and optimize paid search and other paid acquisition channels with a focus on performance and efficiency.
- Plan, launch, and scale campaigns across multiple markets while maintaining target CPA and ROAS goals.
- Execute A/B tests for ad copy, creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign data to identify growth opportunities, inefficiencies, and optimization areas.
- Monitor budgets, performance trends, and bidding strategies to ensure efficient spend allocation.
- Collaborate with creative, analytics, and product teams to improve conversion rates.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing paid search acquisition campaigns.
- Strong skills in data analysis and reporting using tools like Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, or Excel.
- Experience working with complex, global, large-scale campaigns.
- Proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
- Analytical thinking and the ability to derive actionable conclusions from data.
