What you will do

• Own and evolve the PPC strategy across Google Ads, YouTube, Microsoft Ads, and social platforms.
• Plan, launch, and scale high-budget campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn to drive signups and paying customers.
• Develop and implement new creative angles, audience tests, and channel expansions.
• Integrate AI tools into campaign planning, building, and optimization.
• Analyze performance metrics using GA4 to derive actionable insights and improvements.
• Collaborate with internal creative, product marketing, and external agency partners.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience scaling paid acquisition campaigns, preferably in SaaS or ecommerce.
• Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Proficiency in GA4, attribution models, and web tracking.
• Willingness to use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, n8n) for workflow automation and ideation.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania.
