What you will do

• Define and execute product strategy for a major platform component, translating vision into impactful roadmaps.
• Lead full product lifecycle from discovery through launch, ensuring iterative customer feedback integration.
• Engage directly with users and customers to gather qualitative insights informing product decisions.
• Leverage data and analytics to optimize product outcomes and decision-making.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and customer teams to deliver world-class software solutions.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near New York City, USA with hybrid work onsite expected.
• 5+ years experience as a Product Manager in fast-paced, product-driven B2B software companies.
• Strong product management skills including discovery, prioritization, stakeholder management, and go-to-market execution.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• English proficiency: at least B2 level (job posting in English).

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare technology, especially oncology.
• Experience with AI-driven products.
• Background in engineering, data science, or UX design.
