What you will do

  • Actively engage with existing referral partners to bring in new customers.
  • Research and trend the enterprise app market to determine new apps and pricing.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain the pipeline to deliver the assigned territories market strategy.
  • Ensure high-quality communication between channel partners and hirify.global.
  • Manage and develop the onboarding of new partners, including training and go-to-market strategy.
  • Bring in new referral partnerships through outbound prospecting and inbound qualification.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of partnerships/B2B experience (Software sales experience preferred).
  • Amazing negotiating skills, keeping in mind the needs of customers, the partner, and the market.
  • Great understanding of the Partnership landscape, especially within EMEA.
  • Experience to train, motivate, and foster relationships with potential partners.
  • Thrive in a fast-moving environment.
