Location: Hybrid work environment with a minimum of 2 days per week in-office for Levels 1-5 and 3 days per week for Level 6 and above.

What you will do

• Lead and line manage a squad of mid-level, senior, and principal engineers.
• Define and execute the technical strategy and roadmap for the AI domain.
• Lead complex technical programs across multiple squads.
• Hold the squad accountable for execution and value delivery, improving effectiveness through agile practices.
• Shape engineering culture by improving managerial and technical best practices.

Requirements

• Significant experience managing high-performing engineering teams and developing engineers at all levels.
• Track record of coordinating and delivering large-scale programs involving multiple teams and complex stakeholder management.
• Ability to switch between hands-on technical involvement and strategic thinking.
• Robust technical background in technical systems such as Scala and Kafka.
• Expert understanding of modern agile practices and data-informed continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills to provide clear feedback and manage stakeholder relationships.
