What you will do

• Develop holistic architecture and governance concepts for Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
• Manage the full lifecycle of Power Platform solutions from requirements to quality assurance.
• Configure and administer the Power Platform and empower support teams.
• Ensure platform and data security against unauthorized access and data leakage.
• Design integration scenarios with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Azure, and third-party systems.
• Support departments in digitalization and optimization using low-code/no-code and AI solutions.
• Monitor technological developments related to Power Platform and AI and assess their relevance.
• Lead and manage external service providers technically.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, IT, or comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in architecture, design, and implementation of Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Power Platform components, Dataverse, security and licensing models, and application design.
• Strong understanding of integration with Microsoft 365, Azure (Functions, Logic Apps), and external APIs/connectors.
• Excellent conceptual skills for scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Ability to communicate technical issues clearly in German and English.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of other no-code/low-code platforms.
• Experience with object-oriented programming and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Microsoft certifications such as PL-600 and PL-400.
