What you will do
- Own the end-to-end trade lifecycle including capture, confirmation, settlement, and position management ensuring accuracy and alignment with trader workflows.
- Manage market connectivity integrations with exchanges, TSOs, brokers, and price providers.
- Oversee regulatory and compliance features aligned with European regulations such as REMIT, EMIR, and MiFID II.
- Lead vendor relationships, driving roadmap alignment, delivery quality, and upgrade planning with remote vendor teams.
- Strategically reshape the trading domain to support growth, automation, and innovation while phasing out legacy systems.
- Coordinate quarterly planning and cross-team alignment to maximize strategic value of trading technology investments.
Requirements
- Must be based in or near Rotterdam, Netherlands with hybrid work setup
- 7+ years in product management, technical program management, or consulting with experience in complex vendor-driven environments.
- Strong understanding of energy trading processes and market connectivity.
- Proven ability to manage large vendor initiatives and stakeholder alignment across Trading, Risk, Finance, and Engineering.
- Experience working with remote and distributed teams.
- Energy sector experience is a strong plus but not mandatory.
