What you will do

• Lead instrumentation and optimization of analytics applications like Amplitude across products.
• Collaborate with data architects and engineers to build efficient data processes and contribute to product analytics architecture.
• Provide strategic analytics leadership by standardizing reporting methodologies and fostering knowledge sharing.
• Support product teams with actionable insights from customer usage data to inform prioritization and commercial decisions.
• Manage and develop the product analytics team, ensuring effective resource use and knowledge management.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Gurugram, India or Edinburgh, UK
• Proven experience in data analysis, data modeling, and visualization with strong quality assurance skills.
• Experience leading and managing small teams with day-to-day management and development.
• Preferred knowledge of Amplitude, PowerBI, SQL, Python, and DAX.
• Understanding of modern data architecture including cloud platforms and real-time analytics.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Software engineering or data engineering background.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and backlog prioritization.
• Familiarity with AI applications in data analytics.
