What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and manage a small team of Sales Engineers with hands-on leadership and coaching
• Drive solution design and technical architecture for complex healthcare prospects
• Own technical pre-sales process from discovery to proof-of-concept and handoff
• Deliver technical demos and presentations to technical and executive audiences
• Design and validate customer integrations with APIs and healthcare data models
• Develop implementation patterns and partner with Product and Engineering on roadmap input

Requirements

• Must have 6+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Implementation in healthtech or healthcare data platforms
• Prior experience managing or mentoring a technical team with hands-on leadership
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs, healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, C-CDA, HL7), and EMR data
• Proficiency in SQL and complex healthcare data models
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and early-stage environments
