What you will do

  • Generate net-new outbound sales opportunities through pipeline generation skills.
  • Achieve quotas of completed opportunities.
  • Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts.
  • Identify business challenges and demonstrate hirify.global's value proposition.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to fill their pipeline and develop sales skills.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or able to work from the United Kingdom.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in outbound or sales roles.
  • Hunter mindset with experience in cold calling, emails, and social selling.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously.
  • Experience with CRM and prospecting tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
