What you will do
- Generate net-new outbound sales opportunities through pipeline generation skills.
- Achieve quotas of completed opportunities.
- Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts.
- Identify business challenges and demonstrate hirify.global's value proposition.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to fill their pipeline and develop sales skills.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or able to work from the United Kingdom.
- Minimum 3 years experience in outbound or sales roles.
- Hunter mindset with experience in cold calling, emails, and social selling.
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously.
- Experience with CRM and prospecting tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
