What you will do

• Lead and mentor an 8-person multicultural performance marketing team across Brazil, Peru, Chile, and Uruguay.
• Design and execute regional performance growth strategies for B2B, B2M, and B2C acquisition and retention funnels.
• Oversee paid media campaigns and demand generation activities across multiple platforms.
• Advance data analytics, conversion optimization, and testing frameworks to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with CRM, Product, Content, Sales, and local marketing teams to align growth efforts.
• Drive innovation by introducing new channels, automation, and growth methodologies.

Requirements

• Must have advanced English skills.
• 10+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing with 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven ability to lead multi-country teams and scale acquisition and retention in B2B or B2B2C environments.
• Strong knowledge of paid media platforms, analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Tag Manager), and experimentation frameworks.
• Availability to work in a hybrid scheme in São Paulo or Santiago.
