Remote Mortgage Loan Officer (Colorado)

Location: Remote from Colorado; the principal place of residence and working location must remain within Colorado. Employees may optionally work some time from a company office. Future relocation to another state requires company review and approval.

Base pay: $11.40–$23.80 per hour, depending on location, experience, performance, and other factors. The role is also eligible for incentive compensation and equity awards.

What you will do

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application through closing while maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Convert hirify.global-provided purchase opportunities into funded loans through proactive follow-up and borrower consultation.
• Build relationships with customers, hirify.global Preferred Agents, and local partners where applicable.
• Manage an active loan pipeline and meet service levels, productivity metrics, and funding expectations.
• Use CRM, loan origination systems, and data-driven tools to manage pipeline health and customer engagement.
• Coordinate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams while delivering consistent service through phone, email, and text.

Requirements

• Must be physically located in and work remotely from Colorado.
• At least 3 years of mortgage origination experience, with strong emphasis on purchase transactions.
• Active NMLS Loan Originator state licenses or experience originating under a federal bank license.
• Completion of the 20-hour CORE Pre-Licensing Education and successful completion of the SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test with the Uniform State Content.
• Experience originating purchase loans in a high-volume phone-based sales environment or an agent-centric referral model.
• Strong consultative sales, client service, communication, organization, pipeline management, and CRM/LOS skills; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
