Remote Real Estate Investment Representative/Acquisitions Agent (Real Estate)

What you will do

• Run virtual appointments with property sellers and negotiate acquisition prices and terms.
• Handle calls from prospective buyers and sellers and nurture warm real estate leads.
• Show available deals to local investors and build relationships through networking events and meetings.
• Generate organic property leads using hirify.global’s training, methodology, and business development support.
• Develop expertise in the local real estate investment market.

Requirements

• Strong rapport-building and customer communication skills.
• Resilient, competitive, coachable, and self-motivated approach.
• Interest in negotiating, making deals, and selling.
• Ability to work in a remote role focused on a local real estate market.

Nice to have

• Previous sales experience in real estate or wholesaling.
• Business-to-consumer sales experience.
