TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (SaaS): Lead end-to-end product initiatives for an AI-driven enterprise revenue platform with an accent on product design, user empathy, and revenue impact. Focus on shaping category-defining software, collaborating across teams, and driving rapid growth in a high-urgency, early-stage startup environment.

Location: Must work fully onsite 5 days/week at San Francisco HQ, USA

Salary: $160,000–$220,000 USD annually + equity

What you will do

  • Own product initiatives end-to-end from idea to launch and iteration.
  • Partner with design and engineering to deliver products with exceptional taste and detail.
  • Manage documentation, onboarding, rollout, and usage monitoring.
  • Build product roadmap and development processes.
  • Engage with users to deeply understand sales and marketing needs and translate them into adopted solutions.
  • Collaborate with go-to-market teams to align product launches with revenue impact and market clarity.
  • Communicate product vision across teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Must be fully committed to working onsite 5 days/week in San Francisco, USA
  • 5+ years experience in enterprise SaaS product management.
  • Experience in early-stage companies (Series A or B).
  • Strong product sense with attention to design and detail.
  • Ability to empathize with sales and marketing teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ownership mindset and ability to thrive in high-urgency environments.
