Location: Hybrid in Austin, TX or Tampa, FL with office presence 4 days per week

What you will do

  • Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise customers with complex environments and high monthly recurring revenue.
  • Act as primary contact and advocate for enterprise clients across internal teams.
  • Proactively monitor account health and deliver exceptional customer experience to prevent churn.
  • Conduct onsite visits and lead quarterly business reviews presenting data-driven insights.
  • Identify and drive opportunities for account expansion through upsell and cross-sell.
  • Collaborate with technical support, product, billing, and sales teams to ensure seamless service.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be hybrid onsite in Austin, TX or Tampa, FL with office attendance 4 days per week
  • Proven experience managing high-value SaaS enterprise accounts, preferably in RMM or MSP environments.
  • Strong relationship-building and executive-level communication skills.
  • Ability to understand technical solutions and translate them into business value.
  • Experience conducting quarterly business reviews and strategic account planning.
  • Not eligible for visa sponsorship
