What you will do

• Partner with account executives to translate customer requirements into technical AI solutions aligned with business goals
• Serve as primary technical advisor throughout Claude AI adoption, coordinating across teams and stakeholders
• Support customers integrating Claude Code, Claude API, and Claude for Enterprise into their technology stacks
• Create and deliver tailored technical content for diverse audiences from engineers to executives
• Guide architecture decisions and help develop evaluation frameworks for Claude's performance
• Travel frequently to customer sites for workshops and relationship building

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work from New York City or Washington, DC with hybrid office attendance
• US Secret Clearance preferred for defense tech customers
• 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect or Sales Engineer
• Experience with scalable cloud architectures and enterprise system integration
• Familiarity with Python and LLM frameworks or background in machine learning/data science
• Strong technical communication skills and ability to engage diverse stakeholders including C-suite
