Salary: $140,000–$235,000 USD

What you will do

• Collaborate with product and UX design managers to understand Operations Cloud functionality and customer journeys
• Partner with apps and platform product teams to consolidate and prioritize UX needs
• Deliver a web and mobile user experience platform that enhances usability for app teams
• Lead accessibility, FedRAMP compliance, internationalization, and localization initiatives
• Develop and execute an integrated product roadmap aligned with business and product team priorities

Requirements

• Must have 2+ years of product management experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or developer tools
• Familiarity with web and mobile application design and technical implementation
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with senior engineers and stakeholders
• Proficiency with analytics tools and data-driven decision-making
• Ability to lead through influence and drive outcomes across teams
• Must reside in eligible US or Canadian locations; certain states and provinces excluded

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
• Understanding of incident response and DevOps workflows
• Proximity to hirify.global offices in Toronto, Lisbon, Atlanta, or San Francisco
