What you will do

• Define and execute the vision and strategy for instrumentation, AB testing, and trust frameworks.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and analytics teams to lead the product lifecycle from design to launch.
• Translate user insights into actionable platform innovations that improve operational efficiency.
• Define and analyze key success metrics in partnership with Product Analytics.
• Evaluate existing infrastructure to uncover and prioritize opportunities for platform improvements.
• Communicate team strategy and progress effectively to cross-functional business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of Product Management experience within engineering or analytics-driven environments.
• Experience working on testing, instrumentation, or trust-focused product platforms.
• Proven track record of developing platform features that improve developmental or operational efficiency.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex, unstructured problems.
• Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative approach to cross-functional work.
