What you will do
- Own end-to-end execution of seasonal and thematic campaigns across email, push, and in-app channels.
- Support adoption programs to increase feature activation and engagement through behavior-based triggers.
- Run A/B and multivariate tests to optimize messaging, segmentation, and timing.
- Maintain campaign documentation, QA processes, and ensure high-quality launches.
- Track, report, and analyze campaign KPIs to inform continuous improvements.
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to work hybrid in New York City office
- 3–5+ years experience in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing with multi-channel campaign execution.
- Hands-on experience with lifecycle marketing platforms like Iterable, Braze, Customer.io, HubSpot, or SFMC.
- Strong skills in segmentation, personalization, behavioral triggers, and data analysis.
- Collaborative and proactive communication style with attention to detail and process discipline.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, PLG, or B2B2C environments preferred.
