Salary: $117,500 - $160,000 per year

What you will do

• Own strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization of the website.
• Manage a web team including marketing managers, developers, and agencies.
• Build and run structured CRO programs from hypothesis to rollout.
• Optimize bottom-funnel pages to improve conversion rates and pipeline impact.
• Lead bottom-funnel SEO efforts ensuring discoverability and performance.
• Partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and legal teams to align web experiences.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA or authorized to work remotely within the USA.
• 7+ years experience in web, growth, or digital marketing with website ownership.
• Experience managing teams and external agencies.
• Strong knowledge of bottom-funnel SEO, CRO, and web compliance (GDPR, CCPA, ADA).
• Analytical skills to translate user behavior into improvements.
• Experience working cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Contentful and headless CMS platforms.
• Experience managing website redesigns and agency RFPs.
• Background in B2B or vertical SaaS.
• Experience with A/B testing frameworks and site performance optimization.
