What you will do

• Serve as a forward-deployed implementation and customer success lead onsite at client healthcare systems.
• Own post-sale delivery including workflow discovery, solution rollout, and adoption across clinical operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare staff, executives, and IT teams as a trusted advisor.
• Train nursing and healthcare teams on effective use of AI solutions to ensure sustained success.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and patient outcomes using AI tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to relay client feedback and influence product roadmap.

Requirements

• Must be based in Florida with ability to travel weekly to Tampa Bay client sites and periodically to Palo Alto
• 5+ years health systems experience in customer success, account or project management.
• Experience leading complex onsite implementations in clinical or operational healthcare environments.
• Strong relationship-building skills across organizational levels.
• Understanding of healthcare clinical workflows and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to operate autonomously in a client-embedded role within a fast-paced startup environment.

• Experience deploying or scaling AI, digital health, or enterprise SaaS in healthcare.
