hirify.global is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join a high-performing, cross-organizational design team.

What you will do

• Lead UX design execution for large-scale, complex digital projects.
• Translate business objectives, user research insights, and product requirements into effective user-centered design solutions.
• Design end-to-end digital experiences across responsive web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using modern UX design tools.
• Apply human-centered design principles to solve complex user problems.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, or Digital Design.
• Experience leading UX work for large-scale or complex enterprise products.
• Strong experience translating research insights and business needs into user-centered solutions.
• Expertise applying human-centered design methodologies.
• Strong understanding of information architecture, usability, and interaction design.
• Experience designing responsive web and native mobile interfaces (iOS / Android).

Nice to have

• Experience with Figma – including advanced features such as Auto Layout, Design Systems, and component libraries
• Experience with Maze or similar UX research platforms
• Experience with Jira for project tracking and collaboration
