TL;DR

Performance Marketeer: Responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel performance marketing campaigns with an accent on data-driven growth and conversion optimization. Focus on keyword research, SEO audits, content optimization, and collaboration with content and development teams to scale improvements.

Location: Based in the Netherlands, hybrid work setup with office in Den Haag

Salary: €3,500–€5,500 gross per month

What you will do

Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Monitor campaigns daily, analyze data, and identify trends for continuous improvement.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and refine targeting strategies.
Optimize the full performance ecosystem including keywords, bidding, ads, targeting, and landing pages.
Lead SEO initiatives including technical and content audits to improve search visibility.
Collaborate closely with content and development teams to implement scalable improvements.

Requirements

Must be based in the Netherlands with ability to work hybrid in Den Haag office.
Minimum 3 years experience in SEA/SEO and online performance marketing.
Expertise in Google Ads and multi-channel campaigns.
Experience with SEO audits, content optimization, and CRO.
Data-driven mindset with experience in GA4, Looker Studio, Ahrefs, and A/B testing.
Fluent in Dutch and English.

Nice to have

Knowledge of GEO and AI/ChatGPT for content and performance optimization.
Growth hacker mentality: curious, testing, analyzing.
