Location: Hybrid, requiring 2 days in the London office and at least one day traveling to dealers across the UK. Must be based in the UK.

What you will do
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives at major dealerships.
- Tailor and explain hirify.global's value proposition to drive sales growth and commercial commitment.
- Introduce additional hirify.global products and services to boost dealer sales.
- Act as the “voice of the dealer,” providing insights to inform product and business improvements.
- Manage sales pipeline and prioritize solutions using data for effective engagement.
- Work cross-functionally to balance responsiveness with a long-term strategic focus.
Requirements
- Solid experience in sales, account management, partnership success, or business development.
- Proven track record of delivering sustained sales growth across partner accounts.
- Expertise in solution selling, pipeline management, and C-suite/board level corporate account engagement.
- Ability to understand products/services deeply and become an expert.
- Experience leading and collaborating cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Tech, and Specialist teams.
- English: B2 required.
