TL;DR

Senior Marketing Operations & AI Automation Manager (AI): Responsible for the design, implementation, optimization, and governance of AI-powered workflows across the marketing stack with an accent on lead management, campaign optimization, and personalization. Focus on training and fine-tuning AI models, copilots, and agents within tools such as Qualified, HubSpot, and Salesforce.

What you will do

  • Define and execute the AI and automation roadmap across the marketing and revenue tech stack.
  • Train and fine-tune AI models within tools such as Qualified, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Highspot.
  • Design, build, and maintain AI agents and automated workflows.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales Ops and RevOps on workflow optimization with AI, including lead lifecycle, attribution, pipeline visibility, and forecasting.
  • Train marketing and SDR teams on AI-powered features and best practices.
  • Measure impact on pipeline, conversion rates, efficiency, and revenue.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Systems Operations experience.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Qualified, and Salesforce (required).
  • Proficiency with BI/reporting tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Sisense, or Calibermind.
  • Experience training, configuring, or optimizing AI features within martech and salestech platforms.
  • Familiarity with SDR tools such as Outreach and Highspot.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and documentation skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in global cybersecurity organizations.
  • Experience with CaliberMind (or other multi-touch attribution platforms).
  • Background in RevOps or Sales Ops.
  • Familiarity with data enrichment, intent data, and conversation intelligence tools.
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior ops team members.
