What you will do

  • Build, QA, and launch email campaigns, landing pages, and nurture programs in Pardot.
  • Manage event lead imports, routing, and campaign association in Salesforce to ensure proper attribution.
  • Maintain campaign data hygiene, including UTM governance and tracking validation.
  • Troubleshoot Salesforce–Pardot sync errors and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Leverage Salesforce Einstein and AI features to enhance personalization and engagement.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation including naming conventions, SOPs, and QA checklists.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Austin, Texas
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing automation or marketing operations.
  • Hands-on expertise in Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM including leads, campaigns, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in lead attribution, UTM tracking, list segmentation, and data management.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Google Analytics, and basic HTML/CSS for email QA.
