Location: Must be located in Germany with up to 40% travel required

What you will do

  • Lead customer onboarding and define success plans to drive Falcon Flex adoption and activation.
  • Partner with sales to expand usage within existing and new accounts, building relationships with key decision makers.
  • Conduct business value analyses and deliver Executive Quarterly Business Reviews to demonstrate ROI and accelerate adoption.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to customer success and support renewal cycles to minimize attrition.
  • Drive strategic Flex adoption and planning across enterprise accounts, monitoring usage patterns for growth opportunities.
  • Engage with executive-level customer decision makers, including CXO levels, and travel as needed for meetings and events.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Germany and able to travel up to 40%.
  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience with advanced industry knowledge.
  • Expert-level presentation, negotiation, financial/business acumen, and consultative selling skills.
  • Strong understanding of customer decision-making processes and complex account management.
  • Experience with flexible licensing models and proven track record managing complex customer relationships.
  • BA/BS or equivalent educational background preferred.
