What you will do

• Coordinate personnel security clearances (PSC) and facility security clearances (FSC), particularly for projects in Germany.
• Develop, implement, and manage official security documentation in compliance with security requirements.
• Provide comprehensive advice on all matters related to personnel security.
• Plan, approve, conduct, and monitor activities related to physical security.
• Act as a deputy for the Security Officer and support their tasks.
• Carry out security procedures as defined by relevant authorities and company policies.

Requirements

• 1+ years of professional experience in a security-relevant environment (administration, regulatory bodies, or compliance).
• Excellent command of German for communication with authorities.
• Good command of English for internal communication.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, integrity, and responsibility.
• Willingness to undergo a security clearance and participate in regular on-call duty.
• Must be based in or relocate to Germany to support the hybrid working model.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the German Security Clearance Act (SÜG).
• Experience in roles such as Deputy Security Officer, classified document custodian (VS-Verwalter), or PRS contact person.
