What you will do
- Provide L3 support for Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business, Direct Routing, and Cloud PBX.
- Troubleshoot and manage AudioCodes and Ribbon SBCs, SIP issues, call flows, QoS/CAC, and voice gateway configurations.
- Monitor OVOC dashboards, resolve alerts, and ensure SLA adherence.
- Handle escalations, perform root cause analysis for major incidents, and support service improvement programs.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and deliver clear customer communication.
- Create and maintain technical knowledge articles and documentation.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience with AudioCodes/Ribbon SBCs and enterprise voice technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams Voice, IP phones, and video conferencing solutions.
- Solid understanding of SIP, call routing, VPNs, PBX environments, and cloud integration.
- Experience with Skype for Business, migrations to Teams, and managed service operations.
- Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills with willingness to work 24x7 shifts.
- Engineering degree preferred; ITIL Foundations certification is a plus.
