What you will do

  • Design, deploy, and maintain SIM box hardware and software platforms for voice and SMS traffic routing.
  • Manage VoIP infrastructure including SIP trunks, PBX systems (Asterisk, FreePBX, 3CX, Kamailio), and media gateways.
  • Configure GSM gateways and SIM rotation policies for multi-operator environments.
  • Administer Microsoft Azure and Active Directory services, including user roles, permissions, and email integration.
  • Manage network hardware (switches, firewalls, routers) and implement QoS policies to prioritize voice traffic.
  • Monitor call quality metrics (ASR, ACD, NER) and ensure compliance with local telecom regulations across multiple markets.

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT operations or system administration.
  • 2+ years of focused experience with telephony systems, SIM box platforms, or VoIP infrastructure.
  • Deep expertise with GoIP hardware, SIP protocol, and PBX platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Active Directory.
  • Strong knowledge of network configuration, including VLANs, VPNs, and firewalls.

Nice to have

  • Experience with A2P SMS routing and OTP delivery infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with CDR (Call Detail Records) analysis and billing reconciliation.
  • Knowledge of telecom fraud patterns and mitigation strategies.
  • Experience with Jira Service Management and Confluence.
