What you will do
- Set vision and roadmap for the control plane including coordination server, compliance, and management API.
- Define availability targets, consistency requirements, and SLA language for high availability and scaling efforts.
- Shape multi-tenancy evolution for MSPs, OEM partners, and enterprises with data residency and isolation considerations.
- Drive API-first user experiences enabling automation and integrations.
- Coordinate across Control Plane, Identity, and Infrastructure teams to ensure alignment and progress.
- Collaborate with GTM, Customer Success, and Security teams on compliance and administration gaps.
Requirements
- Must have 8+ years in product management owning platform or infrastructure products.
- Experience translating infrastructure architecture decisions into product requirements and SLAs.
- Comfortable with technical discussions on distributed systems and consistency models.
- Proven track record shipping enterprise-grade products and managing cross-team decisions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with IT administrators, security engineers, and CISOs.
- Location requirement: must be based in the United States to work remotely.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with identity federation protocols (SAML, OIDC, SCIM) or MDM products.
- Background in regulated industries and compliance frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with hirify.global.
