What you will do

• Own the full implementation journey from client requirements to delivery and continuous improvement.
• Design scalable, tailored ERP automation solutions aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate closely with engineering to address technical challenges and system integration.
• Act as a trusted client partner to maximize automation and product adoption.
• Work with sales to align implementation plans with customer needs.
• Translate client feedback into product improvements.

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English with excellent communication skills.
• 2+ years experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management.
• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ERP environments or AI-driven SaaS solutions preferred.
• Hands-on knowledge of Procure-to-Pay or Order-to-Cash processes is an advantage.
