Senior Digital Project Manager (Websites, eCommerce, Portals and Digital Products)

Location: Salzburg, Austria; full-time, 36 hours per week

Salary: From €56,000 gross annually, including holiday pay and Christmas bonus; actual salary depends on qualifications and experience.

What you will do

• Develop digital visions for websites, eCommerce platforms, portals, apps, PWAs, and other digital products with customers.
• Create accurate offers and proposals based on project visions.
• Define and implement digital projects with a high level of hands-on involvement.
• Coordinate technical and content-related delivery in close collaboration with customers and project teams.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, scope, launches, customer acceptance, success reporting, and project marketing.
• Build customer relationships and support new business through lead follow-up, opportunity identification, presentations, and proposals.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in project and account management, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management methods, software applications, time and resource management, and budget control.
• In-depth technology and interdisciplinary tool knowledge, especially store systems, PIM systems, and digital marketing tools.
• Confident presentation and customer consulting skills, with a structured, analytical, and assertive working style.
• Leadership experience and the ability to drive challenging projects, gather input, and shape solutions.
• German language skills at minimum C1 level are required.
