Business Project Manager (Fashion)

What you will do

• Analyze and document business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for optimization.
• Design and implement solutions, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
• Define, monitor, and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate project outcomes and business impact.
• Lead end-to-end IT and data projects, overseeing planning, execution, and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Marketing, Sales, Finance) for successful project delivery.
• Develop and manage reporting systems and conduct data analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the fashion retail industry.
• Knowledge of process optimization tools and technologies, including RPA.
• Expertise in data analysis, KPI development, process mapping, and performance measurement.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Clickup).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
• Experience in migration projects and ERP system development (preferably Odoo).
